Supported Family Living (SFL) is a person-centered residential service that allows individuals with developmental disabilities or TBI to live in a family-style home while receiving the daily support they need to be safe, healthy, and successful. The individual lives with a trained caregiver—either in the caregiver’s home or in the individual’s own family home—while maintaining dignity, independence, and a sense of belonging.
At Unity Developmental Disabilities Care Center (UDDCC), our SFL program focuses on creating a stable, nurturing environment where individuals can thrive. Caregivers receive extensive training and ongoing agency support to ensure high-quality care and compliance with DHHS requirements.
